  • Millermatic 175 Relays CR2 CR3

Relays CR1, CR2 and CR3 not operating. I realize CR1 is operated after CR2 and CR3. I have 24vdc across C45 which is produced from fan coil and somehow I think this is fed to relays but only measure around 5v across relays CR2 and CR3 when trigger is operated. Need help as there is no schematic of circuit board 207466.

If there are no toasted to black components on the board, can you draw your own schematic? It's a tedious process but usually can be done if you can identify the parts.

I am in process of tracing circuit on board now. Was hoping someone would have already done that and could speed up the process for me.

        PTC2 open

Found PTC2 open. Need Part number as component is too small to get info off of. Got part info from Miller tech. It was a 200ma resettable fuse. Problem solved thanks to Miller Tech Support.
