  • Narrow Tip for M-100 Gun

I am looking for a narrow tip and nozzle, 030 wire, like the Bernard TT Series that will fit or can be adapted to fit the Miller M-100 gun on the MM211. I have had a couple of jobs where the welds are in tight places and the standard M-100 nozzle is just too big. Miller only lists one nozzle for this gun.

I just don’t do enough of this “tight place” welding to justify buying a Bernard gun. Ideas, suggestions?

Miller just makes one size nozzle for that gun. They do make a 3/8" for the M-25 gun but its too big to fit the adaptor. I am sure i could make a nozzle adaptor to mate the M-25 to a M-15/100 gun. Let me look...Bob

The Miller M-25 nozzle adaptor is a 3/8" coarse thread and the M100 is a 3/8" fine thread. Prob made for a reason beyond me. If they were the same they would interchange just fine...Bob

I can make you a M-25 sized adaptor that fits your M100 gun. Can you get the M-25 small nozzles or do you need me to get some? ...Bob
