  • moving from production welding to structural

I am finally gonna be pursuing my idea of what I envisioned myself doing for a welding career I will be starting a job doing structural welding in the field and I am super excited to learn. I am also excited about doing different stuff and not just production mig welding all day.

thats a good thing for you to get into, as long as it last, i am 60 years of age and have chased the welding rod around the country to make a living, as i see it now, good all american fab shops are getting harder and harder to find these days, good luck and pay attention to the older guys, they can teach you quite alot

Thanks for the advice I can't wait to start in two weeks. If it wasn't the respectful thing to do I sure wish I didn't have to give two weeks notice

Complete fab shops are super hard to find, unless you're in Vicksburg, MS. I know of the best one around those parts!
