  • Miller Big 40 problem

My 120 v ac plug on the control panel has stopped working. Checked brushes and wiring and don't see anything wrong. Any ideas on how to determine whats wrong.
    Thanks, Ray

Do you have Weld arc? If so, your problem may just be I wire off the receptacle's circuit breaker.

Though as I say is almost all of my posts, I'll be needing a serial # to look at the correct diagram. and you'll be needing a voltmeter.

Can you advise where the serial number is located?

Usually the serial number is on the face upper right hand corner.

I have have a few problems with the circuit breaker on my 302s AC outlets.Seems they get partially thrown and and have to reset a couple of times and the ac power is restored. But my welder sits atop my service truck exposed to the weather and dirt,I think this is what is causing the problem.
