    Gas solenoid already replaced. Any suggestions?

    Stuck contacts in CR3 relay maybe

      Are you waiting the 15 seconds for the post flow timer to time out? 15 seconds is a long time when you're waiting.

        do you have a remote switch on your torch?and is it good

          Is the selector switch set to panel or switch?

            blow out the new valve with air and also blow out the hose too .i had a problem something like this and it was very fine dust that was in the doesn't take much to get a valve not to close.

              sound like the post flow timer is not timing or the relay is stuck like cruzer said.
