      Revets,

I checked our Airco cross reference and we did not build that particular model number unit.

Sorry I could not be of more assistance with this.

          1950Drew,

Here is a link to the OM for that unit. It is the same as a Miller Dial Arc HF-P.

How about these serials; HK222417 or HH052199?

            Never-mind, found them.

            Thanks Kevin

I had those serial numbers looked up and they are both Big 40 engine drive units. They would be gas powered and the OM's for them are available on the Miller web site.

              HK222417- Big 40 Stock# 900955 built in 1979 manual: OM450F

              HH052199- Big 40 Stock # 900955 built in 1977 manual: OM450E

Ok, what do you need help with exactly? Sounds like you need to try and move your welder closer to the electrical panel or you'll spend a mint just running the wire to it.

I recommend that but the individual will have it no other way. 200 amp panel and he wants the outlet for the welder at other end of shop. It will be approximate 85 of wire from panel to outlet. What size wire to run to handle load over that distance

How many amps do you plan to supply this welder with?
