Bad time for a Green-White-Checkered finish, but it did make for the best Las Vegas finish ever, even if my guy lost it on the final turn...

I've never liked Jimmie Johnson (even though I like Hendrick Motorsports) but the guy can wheel a machine...

I know it's only the third race of the season, but I need Jimmie to make a mistake, so my guy can get his second championship...

I went every year until recently. I really hate crowds, and actually prefer to watch the replays and commentary with the TV coverage. Actually, I get to watch only about 10% of the races anyway because of my Christian meetings or sometimes work always conflicting. While working, I have XM radio though.

I was building a Kingdom Hall yesterday on the other side of town and was able to catch most of the race, including the nail-biting finish on XM.

It was so close that I actually had thought Matt Kenseth had won until they repeated Johnson's name.

Don't get me wrong, TV is much better than radio; but I've gotten pretty content at the radio coverage.

I went to the Indy 500 once and watched the race from the infeild. Had a great time for a week but when it came to watching the race all I could see was a couple of blurred streaks zip by every couple minutes. The really funny part was that the people there who were really into the race watched it on tv in there motorhomes.
