I was just scanning around ebay and this caught my eye.An all-in-one mig and plasma.I wonder if Miller has anything like this planned in there new machines coming out ??This would be perfect in a small shop where space is at a premium.I have not run one of these machines, but I have run a Panasonic mig and it was quite impressive.

HTP Welders makes an all in one inverter based welder. I don't know anything about it other than I've got the catalog. They claim to to stick, mig tig and plasma all in one machine.

They are not too bad, good design, not the greatest of torches.
If you do happen to get one, make sure that there is a repair facility nearby. Not alot of shops do warranty repairs on Panasonics due to poor (warranty shops getting paid) support.

Guys,
relative to my prior post which stated HTP made a combo unit which included Plasma was INCORRECT. I just researched the catalog to be sure of what I had stated and I WAS WRONG.
Only inverter combo they make is a combination stick, MIG, TIG.
Sorry.

I personally would stay away from a machine that does every thing. 1 - they are usually shy on features and 2- if it breaks you have nothing. As for space, if you get inverter based machines you can stack them on a rack and still fill very little shop space.
