Hi.
Bought an old miller but I cant find any info about it.
Its a AC/DC Tig.
On the back it says. "380V, 50HZ, 36 amp. serial, 7703.14552-1"

Does anyone know anything about it?

WOW!!!! Hope it was cheap and you got cables for it!!!!
Do you know the model??? I can't see one from the pic. I tried to do a search but can't find one without the model #. If you have to, just call them unless someone here knows?
good luck,
bert

It looks similar to the miller thunderbolt I had, except the crank is on the front of the machine rather than on top of it. It had 3 taps on the front for DC high range,Dc low range, the thircd tap was for the DC ground cable.

Well, thats easy, its a Econotwin. Being 50HZ its made for a Eurpean market, Unlikely to run it in North America. Whoops your in Sweden, so just look up the specs under Econtwin in this section.

Hey Cruizer: What can you tell me about "Weldmark K-3000" Duetz engine drive welder. Did Lincoln make those? Looks a lot like a Classic 300D, I know where one is for around $5500. I'm going to look it over. Guess the guy used it on his ranch to run well pumps and did very little welding with it.

Possibly a Commander if anything, Possibly a Classic2. I don't recollect the WeldMark label on anything recent (last 8 years) on the big Classic units.

Shoot me the serial#, it'll be a "U19xxxx", or U01xxxx

Hi cruizer.
Thanks for the help.
It says 36 amp on the back. Is it a must to have a fuse that big?

Hi.
Tried the stick today and it worked.
It says that the tig needs 36 amp on the back. but I tried it today with 16 breaker. Like I said it worked. Does the Tig use more power or is it the same?

I dont have the proper gear right now to try the tig.
But lets say the fuse breaks, Do you think the welding machine would work if I upgrade to 25 breaker if I dont use the Tig on max.

Yep, it's an old Econotwin which I don't see very many for sale so it is either a good machine or they went bad early.I think I would go with the bigger breaker and have that additional safety.

Hi. Well I am from Sweden but I am gona try to explain as good as I can.
The "winding" in the contactor is broken. I am wondering if its possible to replace just the "winding" or do I have to buy the whole contactor? Think it is called, "relay".
Is it possible to find parts for this welding machine. Maybe there is a universal relay to buy. Do you guys know if it is a 24V AC contactor?

Thanks,
Erik

Yep it's a 24 Vac contactor and yes you have to replace the whole thing as an assembly
