Another Millermatic 250 question

Another question I forgot to ask is what is the capability of the machine from how light a gauge of sheetmetal to how heavy in a single pass. I am upgrading from a Millermatic 130 and still need capability for sheetmetal with 1/4 inch being common. Thanks.

I believe that machine is rated at 250amps at 40 percent duty cycle, so it can weld 1/2. Just remember the duty cycle on that machine can be easily reached if you are welding large wire with long passes on 1/2
