Lincoln Magnum SG Spool Gun on Miller

I can get a great deal on a Lincoln Mag Spool Gun and I wanted to know if there is any way to hook this up to mu Millermatic 251.

Not a Good plan, though it'll work providing it's a 7 pin unit.

Will you have gas control, no, as it will be on all the time.

We put Millers on every brand, not the other way around.

Well the receptacle on the Miller is a 10 pin and the plug on the spool gun is 6 pin I believe. I was hoping someone makes a adapter.

Thats the problem, the pinout in the Lincoln only uses 2 wires on the potentiometer on the 6 pin Lincoln, The Miller needs 3. I've played around with the setup, though found the best thing to do is stick in a 10K pot.

Anyhow if you did that, then all you'd need is the mating 10 pin amphenol. and wire it up
