Stacey David’s GearZ™ Premieres on SPEED February 23rd
Rattletrap Productions is pleased to announce the move of Stacey David’s GearZ™ to the SPEED network effective Saturday, February 23rd. GearZ™ has been added to SPEED’s Saturday morning automotive programming, the “Castrol Oil Engine Block”, at 9:00 EST.

The premiere show on SPEED is a behind the scenes look at one of the classic car chase movies of all time – Smokey and the Bandit, with some very special time with music legend, Jerry Reed. True to the format that has made Stacey David’s GearZ™ a hit from the first day it aired, this season promises to be the most exciting yet, featuring interviews with the people associated with high profile vehicles, installations that will make you want to go out and build it yourself, and the historical background about vehicles that give depth to the story.

The first season was lame, and Trucks is FAR better with the new yahoo's instead of him.

Has Stacy lost the mullet yet?

I have always liked him on Trucks.

This thread sounds like a plug for the show.

I liked Stacey better on Trucks than the new idiots, i have never seen gears. i thought he was one of the best hosts of that type of show.

One of the new idiots on Trucks actually knows how to paint.

Stacy farmed everything out from what I could tell. It seemed like one endless advertisement with a guy no better than Billy Maze the Oxy Clean idiot pushing it.

If you want a real mockery of a truck show, check out Truck U. Now that's bad.

I don't know about his painting skills but he did a lot of metal work and could actually explain in detail what needed to be done. I also thought he genuinely enjoyed what he was doing, like a real enthusiast, not some talking head.
