View Full Version : need dimensions for Spectrum 375 or 625
I am building a welding cart and do not own yet... a Spectrum 375 or 625 plasma cutter but am looking to do so soon.
But i want to plan for it in my welding cart. come someone give me the physical dimensions of both machines (height, width, depth) so that i can plan for it? Also, if there are any recommendations as to how you would install or mount on a cart.
thanks.

Spectrum 625
Maybe these will help you out.
one pic shows how i mounted it , i made 4 small 90° brackets that mount to the body panel bolts of the unit and used self tap screws to the frame ..............She is solid.
I measured the MM210 and made the plasma top handle come out to the same height as the 210, i didnt build and pull handle on the plasma cart because i mounted the plasma cutter to the cart and use the handle on the plasma cutter to pull it around.
i put on a regulator and 2 point filter system and a M60 motor guard filter on the back .

This pic show the size difference of the plasma cutters . The posted PDF files from Mac will give you the measurements on each .
When you look at plasma carts the size difference of the plasma cutter can and will change your cart needs .
When i built mine for the 625 i made it so i could mount a 625 ,2050 & 1000 if i ever wanted to go that route.

I suggest a 50 foot umbellical, and then you can do a lot less carting around.
