Tested to the Extreme

Miller welders are tested and rated in the most extreme conditions. All ratings are tested at 104° F, nearly 20° hotter than its competitors, and are shocked with excessive voltages, baked and frozen, drenched with water and chemicals, sprayed with salt, radiated with electromagnetic charges, power dropped and shaken to prove they are the toughest welders in the world.

Miller designs its welders to run cooler so you don't have to de-rate your machine if it's hotter than 86° F - unlike other welding generators, you'll get full welding power at 100 percent duty cycle, even at 104° F.

Patented self-cooling stator barrel completely encloses and protects its generator from the dirtiest and harshest environments. Stator barrel design directs airflow for maximum cooling and performance at 100% duty cycle even in 104° F heat!

Large 3-4 gauge leads are lugged, not soldered, to heavy-duty switches for field-proven durability - compare to light-duty switches with smaller 6-10 gauge leads on competitive machines.
