Features Auto-CAL...An automatic calibration feature that uses the Auto-Axcess internal digital technology to allow simple, automatic scaling and synchronization to analog robot controller. This assures consistent and repeatable results with minimal downtime when installing Auto-Axcess power sources into existing robot cells. It also saves time and additional hardware costs while minimizing complexity in new cells on most robot systems.

Auto-Line Power Management Technology

Auto-Line™ Power Management technology allows for any primary input voltage hook-up (190-630V) with no manual linking. Assures rock-solid, consistent output on fluctuating primary lines.

AA-40GB Wire Drive Motor Assembly with OCP (Over Current Protection) to protect against current surges. New design utilizes an improved sheet metal enclosure including printed circuit board. It feature a threaded gas connection and a direct-panel-mounted, quarter-turn motor control cable connection that eliminates motion stress on the motor's power and tachometer feedback wires. (Motor Control Cable must be ordered separately.)

72-pin Harting connector for quick, easy connection to common robot controllers.
