 The top minds of welding from around the world gathered for the International Institute of Welding (IIW) in Denver this year. Just across the street from the Colorado Convention Center, 40 Boy Scouts gathered at the Miller Road Show truck to earn the new welding merit badge.  The 2012 SkillsUSA event featured some of the top young American welders competing to be named the best of the best. While this year's competition is complete, 20 of these welders of the future have been spurred to compete for a chance to go to the World competition and gain an educational scholarship from Miller.
