Eagle Globe and Anchor

I am a metal artist (K.R.\'s Metal Art Forms - http://metalartforms.com) and the heart of my one-man operation is my \"oldie but a goodie,\" Miller Sychrowave 250. I\'ve been a \"MIG welding hobbyist\" for more than 20 years and in the last two years I bought my Synchrowave 250 and taught myself how to TIG Weld, and I\'ve gotten some great responses with the artwork I\'ve created. One of my favorite pieces that I\'ve made for several Marines across the country, and even donated one to help raise money for injured Veterans, is my rendition of the Marine Corps\' Eagle, Globe and Anchor, which can be seen here: http://metalartforms.com/eagle-globe-and-anchor/. The piece is a mixture of found material and hand-formed 16gauge T-304 stainless steel, with a copper eye welded onto the eagle for a nice contrast. I\'m happy with the way they have come out and I couldn\'t have done it without my Synchrowave 250... still chugging along like it\'s a new machine! I\'ve made many pieces of art with my Synchrowave 250 but having served in the Marine Corps myself, the Eagle Globe and Anchor is one of my favorites so far! Please feel free to check out my web site for the other work I\'ve done, too.
