  • Project Description

Process water Y-strainer was always plugged going to our tower. (Water cooling)I manufactured a longer bottom housing and a new longer screen to accept a larger volume of water. I also added a 4" inch butterfly valve instead of the original 2" to get a bigger blast of water for cleaning. I had to plumb the discharge water out away from tower and then reduce it to 3 inch threaded.
