  • Project Description

I made this mailbox using my millermatic 211 and my miller xtreme 375. The project was initially meant to be a cover to put over a mailbox, but then morphed into a full mailbox. There are over 200 \"shingles\" all cut out of 1\" wide steel.(took almost 30 feet) The entire mailbox is steel, except for the magnetic closure for the door. I even cut out the mailbox flag using the plasma cutter. The floor is made of 3/16 plate and the walls and roof are 16ga steel. I don\'t want to guess how long it too, but it was FUN!! I just hope my mailbox post will support it!
