    Smoker was fabricated out of 12, 14 and 18 gage cold rolled sheet metal. Cook chamber has four 17x18 inch racks spaced six inches apart. With a double wall design, the smoker is insulated with industrial insulation allowing it to cook for over 12 hours without adding fuel. Welding was performed with a Millermatic 252.
