  • Project Description

We've always had cattle head catches of woods. Over the years they rot and you must rebuild them. I've decided to construct one out of a steel frame mounted to concrete. This will be around long after I'm gone. The material list as is follow: 14' 4x6x1/4" tubing 16' 3" pipe 14' 2x2x1/4" tubing 6' 2" angle

    Build Process

The process started by setting a precast concrete slab. I then set the for corner post. After leveling all 4 and fastening them to the concrete I installed the bracing.

    Tools Used

I used the everyday welders tools. Grinder, welder, level, clamps, and a hammer drill to install the concrete anchors.
