  • Project Description

This dragonfly was created entirely of recycled silverware and kitchen utensils that I cut, bent, positioned, and welded to give the look of the insect's body and wings. It is mounted to the top of an "h" shaped stake that I built to give the appearance that it is "flying" over the garden.

    Tools Used

TOOLS: Miller 135 welder, angle grinder, cutoff wheel, bench grinder, vise, vise grips, side cutters; MATERIALS: butter knives (whole and pieces), spoon pieces, fork handles, egg separator, 1/4" round steel bar

WARNING Safety is the primary concern on any project. Always use tools and equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. For Miller products, refer to your Owner's Manual for complete safety precautions and procedures.
