    Chopper Mini bike completely hand built. Frame is 3/4" schedule 40 black pipe. Front end is stainless steel plate and schedule 40 pipe. Neck gusset and air cleaner cut by hand. Build Description The frame was bent out of 3/4" schedule 40 pipe. Motor plate was welded in and is 3/16" steel. Fender, neck gusset, and air cleaner were all cut by hand. All brackets, foot pegs, brake and brake lever were all made and installed. Chain guard is made of stainless steel sheet metal and perforated stainless steel. Materials and Tools tubing bender, MIG welder, TIG welder, angle grinder, portable band saw, wrenches, ratchets and sockets
