I have limited shop space but need MIG and TIG. I needed a way to combine my Syncrowave 180 and my Millermatic 135 into one mobile footprint. The lower frame holds the Syncrowave 180 and includes storage for 2 tanks (with safety harnesses) and consumables. The upper rack holds my Millermatic 135. The handle to pull cart around is integrated into the Syncrowave 180. This a great space saver and a very fun project! Build Description I used rectangular, square, round tube and flat stock to complete the project. I first built the lower frame into the channel in the Syncrowave to keep the whole package low to the ground. Once complete I built the upper rack to hold the welder and look good. The idea was to make it look like a production unit. Materials and Tools Syncrowave 180, Millermatic 135, abrasive chop saw, sander, grinder, drill press and my brain.
