These stands allow all the wasted space under the pontoon boat to be used during winter storage. These stands safely raise the boat up to allow 2 jet skis and a garden trailer to be stored underneath. Unlike other stands, I designed these stands with a very wide stable footprint for safety. It raises the boat up about 20 inches. It allows the pontoon boat along with the jet skis to be stored inside the garage all winter, away from the elements. Materials and tools: Some 10 inch channel, some 5 inch wide square tubing, and a structural pallet rack beam(5 inch channel). Some 1/4 inch plate for the tops of each stand, along with some round bar to locate each pontoon, and it's done. Equipment used includes a mm210, a jet 4x6 band saw (pushed beyond it's limits - I actually cut the 10 inch channel by cutting, turning, then cutting again), and quite a few grinding wheels.

WARNING Safety is the primary concern on any project. Always use tools and equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. For Miller products, refer to your Owner's Manual for complete safety precautions and procedures.
