Lantern Sign

Project Description

Lantern formed out of 18 ga. Sheet Metal. Scrolls and ball were pre-made and puchased from a fence supply house.

Build Process

Sheet metal parts were cut, bent and then hand formed over a 3" pipe. all seams and corners were welded and then ground smooth.

Tools Used

Welded with a Millermatic 211 Auto-Set. Air sander, DA sander, tin snips, hand brake. 1/2" Plate, 1-1/2" Sq. Tube, 18 ga. sheet metal

I work in the lighting industry and that is pretty nice, You could make a pretty penny selling those.
