by C. Johnson Email C. Johnson

Project Description

Used to haul my 19/26 TrailManor camper and Polaris RZR. Sets up easy in 20/30 minutes. Bed for RZR, rotates on 8 upside down 300# casters. Ramp folds down inside bed when not hauling RZR, and makes a good table when camping. 2” receiver mounted carrier, also homemade, hauls gen, cooler, and misc camping equipment. Pulls great with ½ ton truck in windy Wyoming. Only fallback, it’s over 30’ long

Build Process

Spare 24 gal water tank and 24 gal gas tank inside frame, both have electric transfer pumps mounted in ammo cans welded to the frame. Two 40# propane bottle and sat TV. Removable, swing down bracket for my canoe, not yet built.

Tools Used

All home built, using my Miller 252 welder, plasma cutter, chop saw, cutting torch, 9 & 4 ½” grinders, and lots of iron.
