Project Description

This is a hand made foulink suspension with air bags that I made for my lifted Ford f-550.

Build Process

Using my my Miller 140 I was able to make custom perches and all the bracketry that you see, plus the huge links required.

Tools Used

I used my miller 140, a plasma cutter, 1/4 inch steel and dom tubing.

Is that a Dana 70? All malleable cast iron is it not? I am using one under my 32 Ford Tudor. Pain in the *** to weld brackets to! I have done a hand made 4 link stainless, triangulated suspension on it, and fabricated 13" disc brakes for it.
