Log Splitter

by P. Besharah Email P. Besharah

Project Description

I built this log splitter to be powered by a Log skidder I built a few years back. (www.millerwelds.com/interests/projects/ideagallery/projec...) I'm using the hydraulic system of the Log skidder to power the splitter thus eliminating the cost of an additional motor and resevoir I have no plans, I just used the best ideas from many existing splitters on the market. For more pictures and info on the Splitter and Skidder visit my facebook page at"Peter Besharah's Mad Dog welding"

Tools Used

Miller 180 Autoset. Abrasive wheel chop saw. Angle grinders. Drill press. Various shop hand tools

Looks like a good easy to build design.
