Project Description

2008 Ford F-250, 6.4L powerstroke, world's fastest super duty. Full feature article in diesel power Magazine, August 2012. Setup makes 100psi+ of boost and 1100+whp. has been as fast as 9.49@147.

Build Process

Completely removed all factory structure from firewall forward. Then built all turbo plumbing and support with 304 stainless and aluminum. Everything welded with Miller products.

Tools Used

All welds performed with diversion 165 and Millermatic 180. Spectrum 375 plasma used for multiple cutting jobs during build.
