Project Description

Custom Chopper modified 2007 softail frame I raked 44 degrees, moved oil tank to the down tubes covered in webs along with a webbed front headlight. Built the electronics compartment to house a custom made (by me) A123 dry 16 cell battery with a thunder-heart ignition inside, of course webbed the outside of the electronics compartment. Made the rear fender out of a 10 gauge fender blank, designed and built the fender strut in a web like fashion running almost the entire length of the fender. Gas tank was modified with a manual gas site gauge and hidden mounting system, with some modifications on the tunnel. Designed and made an upswept exhaust which I had covered in a heat resistant ceramic coating then also wrapped. Seat was custom made with alligator and black lizard skin. Springer front end I had made by a custom front end shop to my specs. Miller Maxstar 150 STH Miller 375 X-TREME
