Project Description

Two desk office set. For my Wife's Birthday

Build Process

Cut and welded 1" square into desk frames. Ground the welds down flush and used fine grit flap wheel and files to finish. I used Rustoleum textured paint for the finish and it came out great.

Tools Used

1" Square Steel Tubing, Old walnut desktops that I refurbished. Metal Chop Saw, Millermatic 180, 4" Grinder, files, Minwax prestain conditioner, Minwax water based poly, Rustoleum textured spray paint.
