Project Description

steel rollers used for turning pipe. 1'' cold rolled shaft 2'' cold rolled shaft

Build Process

3''x3''x1/4'' angle cut 5'' long. Drill two 1'' holes with a 4'' pitch. plug weld 1'' cold rolled shaft into holes. Holes and shafts MUST be in line and square. if not it will arc as you turn pipe. get 2'' cold rolled shaft and get a 1'' hole machined in center. slip on the 1'' shaft and drill 3/16'' holes for a pin, or tack on a washer so the 2'' shaft don't roll off as your using it.
