Towable Picnic Table

Project Description

An eight foot picnic table with gas grill that can be towed behind car or truck

Tools Used

60 feet of 2" by 3/16 square tubing, 5 8' pressure treated 2X10s trailer light kit, coupler, torsion axels, hubs, 4.8-8 wheels. Tools used: chop saw, grinder, hobart 187 flux core welder, drill press.

It is very stable. The front corner seats are only slightly outside of the stability triangle, but it is heavy enough to avoid tipping. I have not had any issues with it tipping.
