Radical Flyer

by T. Battles

Project Description

Everyone's first hotrod was their wagon. This is my own take on that. Basically it garage art. It can be driven though. Snaps to attention nicely when the clutch says. Build 2 smaller wagons cut up and placed on boards to get the look I was looking for. Oh did I mention I first drew it on a napkin? I studied a picture of a 34 to get the placment of things right. Layed out the frame on 1 x 3 square tube and went after it with my miller plasma cutter. Once I got the basic outline I started filling it in with my miller 135 wire feed welder. Materials and tools: Miller 135 wire feed welder, Miller 220 plasma cutter, Craftsman drill press, Milwaukee grinder, Blue point die grinder, Buring bits

Mr. Battles, I am sure you have been asked a million times for the plans. This wagon is awesome. I would really like to build this for my daughter and son before I deploy again. Thank you.
