Garden Gate

by B. Ross

Project Description

Weekend Welder Challenge Winner! This is a gate and fence panels that I build form scrap metal that I keep laying around my shop. I also inlayed a floral arrangement into the pickets of the gate. There are vines twisted all through the pickets of the fence panels. I then had it powder coated at a local powder coating studio in town. Materials and Tools: The frames were built out of 1 1/2” square tube. The pickets are 3/4” square tubing. The top rail is 1 1/2”x 1/2” channel iron. The vines are made of 1/4” rnd. rod. The Floral arrangement was a conglomeration of scrap.
