APPLETON, Wis., June 23, 2010—Miller Electric Mfg. Co. brings its trailer packed with the latest welding technology to St. Paul Minnesota, sponsoring three days of classic cars, burnouts and competition at the 2010 Car Craft Summer Nationals. Held at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds July 16-18, Summer Nationals features over 4,000 classic cars on display, performance and aftermarket exhibitors, contests, fairground food and fun for the whole family.
Tools That Drive You
Welding is a critical component to the tool skill sets of many home fabricators, which is why Miller is encouraging attendees to “get under the hood” for a hands-on demonstration of MIG welding, TIG welding and plasma cutting, protective apparel and auto-darkening welding helmets. Miller representatives will be available to answer metalworking and fabrication related questions as well as discuss how visitors can take advantage of Miller’s Summer Savings promotion and save on popular welding products for the garage and shop.

Featured on TLC’s show “RIDES”, Miller’s ’29 Roadster was built to inspire the weekend warrior and features many unique components including a removable hardtop and a tow-behind Trailblazer® 302 welding generator outfitted with a custom 302 Roush engine capable of 320 horsepower.
Attendees with registered cars on display have the opportunity to WIN daily welding prizes. As a Main Stage sponsor, Miller will be awarding a pair of Metalworking gloves during the Hourly Giveaway and a welder or plasma cutter as the End of Day Super Prize.
