Fees for Technical, Service, Applications and Weld Process Support

• A "day" is defined as 10 hours which includes any travel time. Portal to portal expenses are actual expenses incurred for travel, lodging, meals, car rental or other miscellaneous expenses.
• A purchase order is required prior to departure. There is a one day minimum charge.
• There is a $1,250.00 cancellation fee for any technical, service, applications or weld process support.

Training Fees

Training can be accomplished at the factory or at the customer location. All fees include course materials.

• For on-site training, the customer must provide a safe, quite location. Tables and chairs are required. Dry erase board or chalk board and 115 VAC power are also required. 115 VAC power must be sufficient to operate Power Point projector, lap top computer, etc. Access to Miller equipment or accessories, focused on during the training, may also be required. This equipment must be capable of operation. Consult the AMS business unit for more information. Class sizes are limited to 6 people per class.
• Classes conducted at the factory have a class size limit of 12 people. Factory training must have a minimum of 10 business days notice. Customers are responsible for transportation to Appleton, WI as well as lodging, meals, car rental or any other miscellaneous expenses.
• Class length (in days) varies depending on the type of training being conducted. Consult the AMS business unit for more information.

• Cancellations for on-site or factory training may be made 7 business days in advance of the scheduled training at no charge. Cancellations made less than 7 business days in advance of the scheduled training carry a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation fees do not include portal to portal expenses.

Fee Payment Terms and Conditions

Invoice Payment:

All invoices are due net thirty (30) days from the date of invoice.

Past Due Invoices:

As a condition of sale, Miller Electric Mfg. Co. reserves the right to charge interest without further notice on any balance outstanding after thirty (30) days from date of invoice at the annual rate of 18% or the maximum legal rate, whichever is lower.
